Phoebe's First Trip to Disneyland

We just returned from Anaheim where Phoebe met Mickey Mouse and Chip and Dale. She was awed by It's a Small World, and she loved the Ferris wheel at California Adventure Park. She couldn't take her eyes off the ride that drops parkgoers vertically at a very high speed. She seemed to act like she was missing out on a fun ride. We had a great time visiting with Kellie and Dione and their beautiful children. Everyone got along. Phoebe wanted Jenna's pin, and lollipop. Steve ended up buying her her very own swirly pop, but it remained wrapped. The week was so much fun, and we were able to see many friends. We placed the boat in the water on Thursday and it's all set for the weekend. The lake was gorgeous and it is so peaceful on the water. It will probably be a struggle to keep Phoebe's life vest on her, but I think she'll enjoy the ride!

Oh Yah.....Steve rented a Hummer too!

Phoebe is constantly on the go. She crawls up the stairs and tries to walk without assistance. It is getting more and more difficult to capture her looking at the camera. The photographer even forgot to tell one of his subjects that her bra strap was showing because he was too busy trying to get Sweet Pea to look at the camera.

Mother's Day was fabulous. I am realizing that it is a well earned celabration.
