Yes, it's been over a year since the last post! We have been quite busy, but we didn't stop taking photos along the way......

Phoebe's Preschool-Sept. 15, 2009, The First Day

It was Phoebe's first day at preschool last month. We belong to a co-op nursery school which means that I work there every other week. It was not my day to work, but she insisted that I stay with her. I used the opportunity to photograph the day. Phoebe now waves good-bye to me without any hesitation. She loves her new school, and all of her new friends.

Summer 2009

Well, we did it. We moved to Burlingame. It has been quite a rollercoaster ride, and we are waiting to actually settle down. Phoebe and Mia have taken advantage of the many things happening here on the peninsula.

Hanging out at the Sac State Fair.

One last stroll in the neighborhood.

Montara Beach. This a lovely beach about 18 miles from our house.

The California Academy of Sciences. We love this place.

With Sarah in Elk Grove

Gilroy Gardens

An unscheduled haircut for Sharpay.

Sweet faces.

Stamp time!

This is what happens when you leave Phoebe alone with her face paints. Still a sweet face.

Mia-still busy stamping.

Lots of Pixie Dust in the Nagy household these days.

Goofy Faces

Here are the lovely photos sent by my dear friend Cyndi. We spent a few days with her and her sweet children. It's so great to have them close by.

May 2009

Yes, it's Mother's Day, and the children are naturally drawn to their Daddy!

They were fascinated by the water fountain.

Making playdough has become a biweekly event. Even if the old stuff is still good! The fun is all about mixing the flour and water, and has little to do with the finished product. Although, it's usually too clumpy to save.

A fun summer day on a friend's ranch in Galt.

They do not like to keep their shoes on in the grass.

Anyone watching that little girl by the pool?????

Mia and Phoebe have been in and out of the toddler pool daily. There's something about water that brings so much joy. The nudity also adds to a carefree moment.

Making more playdough....

Easter with Grandma, Grandpa and Great Grandma!

One of the few photos with Grandpa Jack.

Daddy's version of playtime when Mommy is off running errands.

More pooltime.

The bubbles seemed to land perfectly on every strand.

Phoebe has been riding her tricycle for about three months. She only wears the helmet on a regular basis though. "So we can be safe!"

Phoebe loves bathing in the smallest tub that she can find. This was the basin I brought home with me from the hospital when she was born. It still contained cotton swabs, and a blue and pink striped baby hat when we found it in the closet recently.
